Our Classes


Join our Gym Community with Weekly Classes & Work Directly with our Coaches and other Members. We are honored to have the highest concentration of NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) of any gym in the area.  Our coaching Team is also made up of Certified Athletic Trainers (ATC), Registered Dietitians (RD), Physical Therapists (PT), Licensed Massage Therapists (LMT), Wellness Coaches, Bodybuilding, Power Lifting, Olympic and Strongman Athletes, Competitors and Champions, as well as elite members of the US Military. 

Class Descriptions

We have multiple classes in place to help our members and guests meet their overall fitness goals.  We have classes to help build strength, help with weight loss, and offer a wealth of support from our class participants to our highly certified coaches. 

Mobility Class

Optimize your training by incorporating mobility, flexibility, and myofascial release in this hour long class dedicated to recovery and improved performance. 

BE Strong

BE Strong offers class times with the highest concentration of NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) of any gym in the area who are available to take you through a workout, break down form, work on technique and/ or answer any questions you might have.
