RD, CSCS
Matt Powell is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Registered Dietitian (RD), US Special Operations Head Performance Coach, and international Strongman with nearly two decades of expertise in fitness, nutrition, and human performance. His diverse career blends academic excellence, practical coaching experience, and advanced certifications, positioning him as a leader in the industry.
Matt holds a Bachelor's in Exercise Science from Temple University (2003–2007), a Master's in Exercise Science from the University of Connecticut (2007–2009), and a Bachelor of Nutrition from the University of Northern Colorado (2017–2019).
His credentials include certifications such as USA Weightlifting Advanced Sport Performance Coach (USAW-ASP), Precision Nutrition Level 2, and Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms).
Over the years, Matt has worked with elite organizations such as the NFL's Cleveland Browns and Chicago Bears and several Division 1 universities, including Temple University, the University of Connecticut, and Southeastern Louisiana University. He also served as the personal trainer for country music superstar Sam Hunt during his rigorous tour schedules.
Matt’s coaching philosophy integrates science-driven training methodologies with real-world experience to deliver optimal results for athletes, performers, and fitness enthusiasts. With specialties in mobility, strength development, and functional performance, he employs advanced techniques like blood flow restriction (BFR) training, dynamic neuromuscular stabilization (DNS), and reflexive performance reset (RPR).

Chelsea Powell, M.Ed,

Chelsea Powell is a distinguished former student-athlete, having played basketball at Southeastern Louisiana University where she still holds multiple three-point records. Chelsea has coached, and recruited at the D1 level and works with youth athletes to understand that scholarships are earned both on and off the courts and fields. After earning her degree from Columbus State University’s counseling graduate school program, she transitioned into leadership development and executive coaching, helping athletes at both the D1 and D2 levels enhance their mental performance on and off the court. She currently works part-time at the Leadership Institute Columbus State University as a Facilitator of Leadership development.
Chelsea focuses on enhancing customer service and addressing the specific needs of gym members.
She is a National Certified Counselor and is Mindset Qualified in FourSight.
Additionally, she holds certifications in self-assessment tools such as MBTI, FIRO-B, and RightPath.
Outside of her professional work, Chelsea is a proud member of the Greater Columbus Georgia Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Columbus Class of 2020
