Owner
Matt Powell
CSCS, RD - US Special Operations head performance coach, international strongman, and registered dietitian with almost two decades of strength coach experience. Powell has worked with the NFL’s Cleveland Browns, Chicago Bears, as well as multiple Division 1 universities including Temple – where he played football –The University of Connecticut, College of Charleston, and Southeastern Louisiana University. Matt also worked as country music superstar Sam Hunt’s personal trainer on tour. Matt also received his RD from the University of Northern Colorado. Through his experiences Matt has cultivated a holistic approach to fitness, incorporating both nutrition and performance for optimal results.

Dane Armentrout
Dane Armentrout got his first weight set when he was 10 years old. 29 years later his love
for human performance has never diminished. He applied this love to 20-year military career completing some of the most difficult training and schools in the military. Dane also spent his career coaching and preparing soldiers for some of the most physically demanding tasks the military has to offer. Dane has successfully produced numerous
Ranger School graduates, Special Forces Combat Divers, and coached successful Best Ranger Competition teams. Dane’s knowledge and experience extends beyond the tactical athlete. He has coached individuals in Olympic Weightlifting, endurance athletes, and combat sports athletes.
Dane earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Health Sciences with a concentration in Exercise Science from American Military University and holds numerous certifications. Before coming to us, Dane interned as a Strength and Conditioning coach with the United States Army Holistic Health and Fitness team and under Matt Powell. Dane will be the first to admit that there is more to learn. He spends much of his free time expanding his knowledge and evaluating his training methods. When Dane isn’t coaching you can find him on water fly fishing, guiding fly fishing trips for veterans, climbing, hiking or spending time with his Belgium Malinois and his two sons.

Eloise Andrle
ELOISE ANDRLE is an individualized performance coach with 9 years of experience in coaching human movement. She strives to: understand each individual, meet them where they’re at in life, identify what drives them, and empower them to take their performance to the next level. This has made her successful in assisting individuals from the professional athlete to the desk athlete in reaching their goals. Competing in Olympic weightlifting at a high level has further led her to pursue peak performance for herself and her clients through an interdisciplinary approach. Eloise is from the Chicagoland area and enjoys a well pulled espresso, beach days, travel, float tanks, and Jesus.

Victoria McGuinn
Victoria holds multiple certifications (CPT / TSAC-F / USAW / CFL1 / group fitness / kettlebell) that adds a versatile approach and style to the way she coaches. Victoria is a Master Fitness instructor for the Army and brings 5 years of experience from working with the army and civilians.
Victoria is not new to hard work and helping others reach their goals, while she was in college she was a successful student-athlete and excelled in Pole vaulting and soccer. You can still find Victoria today playing soccer with her family and friends

Dylan Jordan
Dylan Jordan: Dylan Jordan- Enlisted in the Army in 2012, where he currently works in the U.S. Special Operations Community as a Selection Cadre. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Sports and Health Sciences from American Military University at the end of 2020, and went on to get Certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in March of 2021. Although relatively new to formal coaching, Dylan has spent at least 7 years preparing and coaching soldiers to be ready for the physical demands of combat which encompassed a holistic approach that included weightlifting, powerlifting, cardiovascular endurance, and functional fitness.

Earned his United States’ of America Weightlifting Level 1(USAWL1) certification by November to add more value to the Body Evolution’s capabilities.

USAW Level 1
Tina Engel
Tina is a USAW Level 1 coach and brings four years of strongman experience to the team. In her career of strongman, Tina has been highly competitive winning Central Georgia's Strongest in the Women’s Master Division twice and placed second in the noviest division in her first year of competing. Her success in strongman has brought her 3 national qualifications.
Tina focuses on providing her clients with proper support and guidance that ultimately challenges them to see beyond their own expectations and push outside their comfort zone.
Tina is passionate about dogs and spends her time outside the gym at Dock Diving with her dogs, Sophie and T.J. Sophie is a talented dock diver, placing second in her division at nationals. T.J. although he might not be as competitive, he makes up for it with his love and big cuddles. Tina is originally from Germany and loves to cook Schnitzel for her friends.
Athletic Trainer, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist
Nate Borget
Nate is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and Masters of Arts in Education both from East Carolina University. He has been coaching at Body Evolution since 2018 focusing on strongman, Olympic lifting and powerlifting. Because he is an ATC too, he brings a unique sports medicine outlook on injury prevention and correction to his classes.
Nate has combined 15 years of experience as an athletic trainer in the high school, collegiate, and tactical settings. He taught in the collegiate setting for 10 years in an athletic Training Education Program (ATEP) and Health education programs. He sat on the Louisiana High School Association Sports Medicine Advisory board for 2 years. He recently spoke to the Georgia Athletic Training Association at their annual summary.

Nate is originally from Florida, but has lived in New York, North Carolina, and Louisiana. In his free time he does wood working and cooks outdoors as much as possible. Favorite thing to smoke are ribs, thing to grill is chicken lollipops and favorite pot to stir is pastalaya.

Matt Bjornson
Matt has been a Strength and Conditioning Coach on Ft. Benning with the Tactical Athlete Performance Center for the last 3 years. Before working with the Army, he worked at multiple other sport performance facilities specializing in collegiate and youth athletics, strength and conditioning, Olympic lifting and speed programs. He has worked with both male and female athletes of various ages, stages, and sports, in groups and individually through personal training, for many years. He believes in mentoring the next generation of athletes, preventing injuries, and preparing them for the biggest playing field of all, adulthood. Matt has his CSCS with the NSCA and holds a Master’s Degree from LaGrange College in Strength and Conditioning and an undergraduate in Exercise Science from Columbus State University. He competes in powerlifting and regularly volunteers as a baseball coach with the Harris County Rec League. He has two amazing children and when he’s not coaching or competing, he is the official roadie/waterboy/#1 fan for his son who plays travel hockey.
We are honored to have the highest concentration of NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) of any gym in the area. Our coaching Team is also made up of Certified Athletic Trainers (ATC), Registered Dietitians (RD), Physical Therapists (PT), Licensed Massage Therapists (LMT), Wellness Coaches, Bodybuilding, Power Lifting, Olympic and Strongman Athletes, Competitors and Champions, as well as elite members of the US Military.
